Qiu Xinzhi, a native of Lianjiang County, was born in Taiwan and is a Taiwanese actor currently residing in Shanghai. He is an old acquaintance of Qiong Yao, who specifically invited him to play Emperor Qianlong in the new "My Fair Princess."
