
Edwin Luisi
Edwin Luisi is a celebrated Brazilian actor whose career spans over five decades. Born in São Paulo, he initially pursued studies in art history and lived in France, where he also learned French. His passion for acting led him to the Escola de Arte Dramática at the University of São Paulo, marking the beginning of a prolific career in the performing arts. Luisi gained international fame for his role as Álvaro in the classic telenovela Escrava Isaura (1976), where he played the romantic hero opposite Lucélia Santos.
