Known for portraying Michael Kahnwald in Netflix’s Dark (2017–2020), he has also appeared in films like The English Patient (1996), Never Look Away (2018), Stalingrad (1993), and various German theater, TV, and radio productions. He was a long-time ensemble member at the Thalia Theatre in Hamburg.
